Where do I start with this company. When we first moved into our home Feb 2018 Bill came to the house to do some repairs and also gave me many helpful hints. Then came the major freeze of 2021. We had 6 pipes burst. Bill sent his team and they helped us so much by fixing all the pipes. Then came yesterday our pipes busted again and I called their number in such a panic. The lady remained calm and his team came but this time only 2 pipes broke. They are so nice, so helpful, so patient, overall just good people. Use this company you won’t regret it.

I was in a tight crunch with waking up on a Friday morning with no hot water and a leaky water heater. I found this company and called them up and they had someone out to my house SAME DAY. They came out and diagnosed what the issue was and then installed a brand new water heater for me on the same day. I had called around to other companies in the area and they were saying the earliest they could send someone out was next Tuesday. Amundson Plumbing has an extremely helpful staff, both front office as well as their technicians. Gareth was the plumber that got sent and he is the most professional, courteous person I have met in a long time. I wish everyone was that customer service oriented.
